Confidence: Thoughts create energy

As a mindset coach, along with other things, I believe we have the ability to change our lives by changing the way we think and feel. Today I’m sharing an example of how I view our mind and the process we use to decypher the vibrations of energy around us.


Our minds are like icebergs.
20% is above water
80% is below water
and the entire iceberg (mind) is surrounded by water.

The 20 % is made up of what our senses relay to us. This is known as the conscious mind.


Our touch, the textile things we can feel with our bodies.
Our Taste, the flavours and sensations that food give us.
Our smell, the scents and fragrances of food, flowers, environments.
Our sight, every-thing we watch on our devices, the books we read, the scenery we look at.
Sight is one of the senses we rely heavily on. We tend to believe what we can see.
Our Sense of space and vibration, the not so tangible of the senses.

The 80% is made up of all the above and everything we have experienced. It is known as the subscious mind.


Our brain is an amazing tool.
It gathers data, everything we see, hear, touch, smell and perceive goes in.
The thoughts that we think about the information form our beliefs around the world.
It is these under the surface thoughts and emotions that we have gathered from all our past events that guide us on our journey.

The water that surrounds the iceberg (mind) is the vibrational tones, waves and frequencies that constantly immerse and bombard us with stimulation.


Vibrational frequencies surround us all the time, we are mostly unaware of these frequencies until we have the equipment to pick them up, to read them and to decipher them.
Until we learn to read the vibrational frequencies we are unaware that they affeact everything we do.

Unless we learn to read the vibrations of our energy and our thoughts, we tend to be controlled by unknown and unseen strings.

Have you ever asked yourself why you do something even when you know it is not good for you?
You try to change the habit, but you keep falling into the same routine, or pattern.

What you may find is that you haven’t deciphered the hidden code running in a loop through the subconscious mind.

One of the best ways to discover what the loop is that is keeping you where you are and don’t want to be. Is to see what you are feeling, your feelings are the vibrations being picked up in your body, and are a sure way to know if you are heading in the direction you want or not.
Or maybe you want to figure out how you are succeeding without any effort.
One way I have found to be effective is to read your body language and your verbal language.

The things you are saying out loud to yourself and to others is a guaranteed way to expose the water temperature that your iceberg has been swimming in.
The words you speak indicate the vibrational level you are living in.

Words are thoughts that are expressed verbally.
If you can think a thought you can change a thought.

By changing your thoughts one at a time.
You get to change the temperature of the water and the sensory input your conscious and subconscious mind are living in.

Choose to think thoughts that increase your vibrational frequency.
Elevate your energy signature one thought at a time.
