Welcome to Authentic Living Coaching
I’m Linda Codlin, Transformational Life Coach.
Welcome, My Friends.
I’ve found that living authentically isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who I already am. It’s a journey inward, a gentle returning to stillness.
I remember the first time I tried meditating. I thought, how hard can it be to sit quietly for fifteen minutes? I enjoy silence, so I didn’t expect it to be difficult. But the experience surprised me. The moment I sat down, my mind came alive — she wouldn’t stop talking! She reminded me of everything I needed to do, of who I was supposed to be, of the expectations and responsibilities that defined my days.
My job in that moment was simple, but not easy — to keep breathing, and to keep bringing my wandering mind back to the present. Over and over again, I returned to the breath, the moment, the stillness beneath the noise.
Eventually, I peeked at the clock, certain my fifteen minutes must be nearly over. To my shock, only two minutes had passed. Yet something important had shifted. In those few minutes, I began to understand that stillness isn’t about emptying the mind — it’s about coming home to the space within me that doesn’t need to perform or prove anything.

That was the beginning of my return — a quiet homecoming to my own spirit heart, where truth lives, and where I can simply be.
Each time I act from that still, knowing space within me, I feel my true values and my spirit heart rise to meet me — as if I’m coming home. There’s a quiet recognition there, a sense that I am safe, whole, and aligned with who I truly am.
My spirit doesn’t shout; she whispers. Her voice is soft but steady, speaking through peace, warmth, and a deep resonance that lets me know when something is right. The more I listen, the more I can tell the difference between living from fear or expectation and living from my heart truth.
Coming home to my inner values has become a practice of trust — trusting that inner guidance, allowing it to shape my choices and guide my voice. Each time I follow it, I feel more like myself. It’s not about striving or becoming; it’s about returning — again and again — to the quiet truth of my own being.

And you have that same still knowing within you. Your spirit heart is waiting patiently for your attention — not demanding, just inviting.
When you pause long enough to listen, you’ll begin to recognize her whisper too.
It might come as a moment of calm in the middle of chaos, a quiet “yes” that feels right in your body, or a gentle nudge toward honesty or kindness.
Coming home to your own inner values is about trusting that quiet wisdom — letting it guide your choices and your voice. When you do, you’ll feel it: that soft, steady alignment that says, this is me, this is true.
Your spirit heart is always speaking — softly, honestly, and with love. This week, give her a moment to be heard.
When you begin to hear your own truth — even in whispers — you start giving voice to your authenticity. Each time you honour that truth, no matter how small the step, you strengthen your connection to your real, unfiltered self.
Until Next Time: Listen for your spirit heart… she already knows the way home.
Find five minutes of stillness — no agenda, no fixing, no doing. Simply breathe and notice what arises. Ask yourself, What feels true for me right now? Don’t rush the answer. Just listen.
