Happiness is …
Hello, My Friends
Your mind is a powerful tool.
People have been studying the brain and it’s capabilities for generations.
The discoveries are very enlightening, we have more impact on our lives than we have ever dared to think about.
Your brain holds the key to health and wellness. You can interrupt the pain sensors, this is huge.
You can create anything. ANYTHING.
If you can see it in your mind you can hold it in your hand is the adage.
Holding an image in your mind, then taking the needed actions to make it reality will get it into your hand. The bigger the image the more you will learn, and the more you will grow. Also the more often you will fail. Failing is part of the creating process. Each failing is teaching, encouraging you to reach further, to try something else.
Your conscious mind is what feeds you all the sensations you get from your senses. This mind likes to think it is in control. It likes to have you believe that what you are seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting and touching is what is true.
The thing about everything in our environment is, It is past creations appearing real. These are past thinkings, that we have brought into being by our thinking and our actions or inactions attached to those thinkings.
Deliberately thinking takes time.
Deliberately thinking takes energy.
Deliberately thinking takes practice.

Our mind is always seeking new information and new stimulation.
Do you ever reread a book, or re-watch a movie? How often is acceptable?
It takes repetition for a new idea or concept to become normal.
Everyday this month I have been asking you a question, have you been thinking about the question at any other time than when you first read it?
Your conscious mind likes to skim information. By asking quality questions, the same question over and over it pulls your mind into thinking about what you want to know.
Today’s question is … What inspires you? Ask yourself 5 times today. What inspires me?
Until tomorrow, think about what inspires you, ask yourself, ask your brain to find the things that inspire you. Write them down, draw a picture of them. Hold them in your mind. Allow your brain to think deliberately.
