To my dearest heart soul,

You KNOW- you are LOVED right!?

If you knew that everything- all the time- would work out alright.
What would you do more of?

DO THAT NOW.
Tidy, sort, clean and clear.
What are you attached to?
These are not rhetorical questions.
Answer them.
Create a story and tell yourself all the great juicy parts.
Why are you allowing Yourself to stop you from achieving what you want?
What are you afraid you will lose?

Anything that falls away because of your following your dream, was not meant to be a part of your dream.
If you allow yourself or others to dictate what you can or can not do, your beautiful inner knowing will never strengthen.
This year your word is trust.
What have you learned to trust? Your confidence in your abilities, your intentions to do what you say you’ll do, your ability to define and shift unhelpful beliefs?

By the end of the year.
You want to know, that you know, you can be trusted to follow through. Right?
When prompted to stay up at 5am- Do it.
When prompted to exercise- Do it.
When prompted to stop eating- Do it.

You know when you are prompted- You may say it- Begin to be the woman who does it.
Build trust in yourself.
Follow your intuition. She will guide you.
You will learn to hear and know her voice.

You’ve got this. Now begin.
