Wonderful friend;

A burden shared and a burden halved.
Sharing your workload, your thoughts, your feelings, your problems can halve them.
Sharing can dilute the energy of your workload, your thoughts, your feelings, and your problems.
This diluting is not necessarily a good thing.
It can strip the energy, the tension and the learning, you require to propel you to the next level.

Sometimes my friend, sharing a burden can dilute the energy, and sometimes it can compound the energy.
Who you share your burden with is extremely important.
Choose people who have overcome and are willing to be part of your solution.

My dearest friend, channel your energy into the activities and tasks that give you the returns you are looking for.
Evaluate how you are spending your time and energy.

Do you have the nine squares of friendships filled with a variety of interesting people?
Create friendships, extend your hand and your heart.
This energy can be compounded and returned 100 fold.
Choose wisely who you trust.
